Poor customer service

I Filled up my truck on the evening of April 29th, in Tucson AZ by paying outside. I noticed that there is a .45 surcharge for paying outside so after I filled I went inside to ask why. The "lady" behind the counter started yelling at me not to give her any attitude (for asking a simple question). I then asked to speak to the manager, who came from out side the store and acted like he didn't speak or comprehend the English language. When I reported this to the day manager I was told that there had been a report written about how abusive and intoxicated I was. Needless to say there is nothing being done, but they have lost a customer, and I plan on telling everyone I know about this incident.

Get over it. You probably were drunk and are lucky you didn't get locked down for DUI.

Why else would he have written a report on an abusive and intoxicated patron? It's a gas station, not a courthouse!!!

At which gas station did this occur? I would like a heads up, so that I can stay away from this place.

I'm Going To Sue Them!

On December 20, 2007, I took my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer for service at Minnieville Exxon at 14195 Minnievielle RD. Woodbridge VA 22193 The service manager Frank Johnson told me that he would diagnose what the problem is and notify me of the cost. Several hours later, he called and told me the main computer in the vehicle needed to be replaced. Verbally, we agreed on $650.00 for parts and labor. A week passed and I did not hear from Frank regarding the status of my car. I called on December 27, 2007, to check on the status of my vehicle. He then relayed to me that the license plates were stolen. I was upset and asked him to call the police and report the theft. He said he wasn’t responsible and that it is my responsibility to call report the theft. On December 30, 2007, Frank called and said he’s not going to work on the car until an advance fee is paid. I gave him my credit card information via the telephone. The amount of $300.00 was deducted from my account on Dec 31, 2007. One week passed without receiving a call or an update on my car. When I called the shop again, the manager told me that he took my car to another shop to have the computer reprogrammed. He informed me at this time that I would be responsible for that cost as well. We argued over the phone because I wasn’t going to pay a third party (dealership) after we agreed on a set price and the advance had been paid. Frank then threatened that he would not release my car if the remaining of his fee and the third party is not paid. No effort is being made to locate or report my stolen tags while my vehicle still remains at the shop. On January 8, 2008, I called the Prince William County to report my stolen tags since the service manager refused to assume that responsibility. I will start proceedings to sue Minnieville Exxon for all fees incurred since December 20, 2007. As of January 7, 2008, I have been without my vehicle.

I had recently had an extremely bad experience at your Mobile Station located in Tampa, FL at 911 S. Dale Mabry Hwy.

The owner/clerk whom I was dealing name was Nanny. I went into to the store approximately 6:45 on 10/4/11 and just wanted to use a $10 visa gift card. I gave it to the clerk and he had told me that there was nothing on it and to call the card company. I did in fact call and the customer serice rep on the line told me I was charged $7.36 @ 6:48 pm EST so I went back to the station, and told the clerk I called and I was charged $7.36 and I wanted at least that in gas.

He immeadiately decided that I was wrong and wouldn't even entertain looking up the transaction in the register or calling the card company. He refused to assist me. I ended up calling the Tampa Police department. Upon arrival of the police they actually got a print out of the receipt which showed that the clerk charged my card $7.36 for another customer's purchase of a pepsi and a pack of cigarettes, of which he did in fact admit that I did not purchase those items.

After waiting an hour for the police and half an hour at the gas station, and the clerk admitting that I did not purchase those items nothing was resolved. All I wanted was gasoline in the amount of $7.36 for being incorrectly charged for items that I did not buy and the lack of customer service I received.

I highly recommend that this is investigated and I am compensated for my wasted time and $7.36 being taken from me with no exchange of goods. I will be contacting our local news to expose this gentleman.
